STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The goal of Soild Rock Christian School (SRCS) is to train Christian youth in every ability in the highest principles of Christian leadership, self-discipline, individual responsibilty, personal integrity, and good citizenship for the purpose of life ministry.  SRCS stands without apolgy for the Gospel and highest standards of morality and Christian behavior.

We at Soild Rock Christian School feel it is the God given ministry of Christian schools to lead young people into a deeper relationship with Christ, and to train them in the Bible, Christian character, language, and traditional subject matter.  We want to give our students a firm foundation from which they can evaluate the present and make proper decisions for the future.

We believe that "all things should be done decently and in order", and that our students shall "walk honorably before all men."

SRCS is not equipped or staffed to meet the needs of delinquent and emotionally unstable children.  We are here to work with the home, but NOT to take the place of parents who have experienced difficulty fulfilling their roles.  All students are to submit to the authority of the school and their parents,  and are to live in their parents' or guardians' home until they have graduated from high school, regardless of the student's age.

Solid Rock Christian School offers a program of study, activity, and living that is Christ centered.  It is important that students and staff (paid or volunteer) develop a submissiveness to Jesus Christ, to  authority, culivate a daily devotional life, and commit themselves to the LORD GOD,
